For 60 months past date of purchase, the original retail purchaser (owner) is entitled to free repair (or replacement, at Kangaroo’s option) of covered parts, including chassis, motor, power train, wheels, tubing, and all electronics. And no charge for any necessary labor.

All shipping charges will be borne by owner. Exclusions to warranty coverage include: damage from shipment to Kangaroo; ordinary wear and tear; results of neglect, abuse or accident; damage by persons other than the owner; or utilization for any purpose other than carrying golf bags on golf courses. ( Battery, charger, CaddieCommand, and accessories have separate warranties). This warranty is nontransferable.

Two-Year Warranty on the Cadet

Sturdy and strong, Kangaroo guarantees the durability and reliable of our Cadet with a full two-year warranty. For 24 months past date of purchase, the original retail purchaser (owner) is entitled to free repair (or replacement, at Kangaroo’s option) of covered parts, including chassis, motor, power train, wheels, tubing, and all electronics. One Year Warranty on CaddieCommand

The CaddieCommand is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, provided a signed and dated WARRANTY CARD is sent to Kangaroo Products Co. within 30 days of the date of purchase. The company will repair or replace, at its option, free of charge, any CaddieCommand or part thereof found to be defective when returned to the factory for inspection (shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.) IMPORTANT: Damage or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse or neglect is specifically excluded under this warranty. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees, expressed or implied, and we cannot authorize any person to assume for us any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product. Features and manufacturer’s specifications are subject to change without notice. This product is manufactured for the sole purpose of remotely controlling a Kangaroo Hillcrest motorcaddie during a game of golf. Other use voids the warranty and releases manufacturer and its sales agents from liability. Do not attempt to repair, alter, or modify any CaddieCommand Remote Control System or component thereof without prior authorization from Kangaroo’s Technical Service Department. Failure to comply automatically voids the manufacturer’s warranty.

One Year Pro Rata Warranty on TG-31 Deep Cycle Battery

Our warranty expires one year from the date we ship to you. For this reason, we urge you to buy your batteries just before you start using them. Batteries purchased from Kangaroo for use on Kangaroo Motor Golf Caddies are guaranteed by us to power for eighteen holes of golf on any course for a period of one year. Batteries which have been subject to abuse, physical damage, improper storage or improper maintenance are not covered. Batteries that fail to hold a charge within 12 months from the date we ship to you will be replaced on a pro-rata basis, computed from the date we are informed of the problem. The pro-rata value will be based on the current price of the battery which replaces the defective one. Shipping is the responsibility of the owner. The warranty is voided if any charger is used that is rated higher than 6 amps or is not specifically recommended by Kangaroo.
