Only orders placed within the contiguous 48 states qualify for free shipping, when offered. Orders shipping to APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the US DO NOT qualify for free shipping.

Z-series and Vortex shippingDue to shipping regulations, CaddyCell lithium batteries, which come standard with Z-series and Vortex caddies, are only available via ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. SigmasTek gel batteries, with a special wiring adaptation for gel batteries, can be substituted for air shipments upon request. (The Z-series and Vortex can be adapted for the gel battery but the older models cannot be retrofitted for the lithium battery).
When your order ships you will recieve an email with tracking information. If you do not recieve an email you can call us at 828-436-2101 to get your tracking details.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping
Shipping costs are only estimates. Actual shipping costs will be calculated when order is reviewed. Customers will be contacted with actual shipping costs at the time. You may approve the additional charges, or choose to cancel your order.
Most orders ship same or next day EST.
Expedited Shipping Information: Deadline for orders is 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Expedited orders placed on a Friday after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. We do not offer expedited shipping online. You can call to request it.
We strive to ship within two business days but sometimes a delay will occur. Expedited orders will be notified of any delays.

Interruption of Service
Kangaroo, USPS, FedEx, and UPS is not responsible for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to: the inability or refusal of a person to accept delivery; acts of God, including natural disasters; acts of public authorities; acts or omissions of customs; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by government; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks.
